OUR INTERNAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES
Despite our best efforts sometimes things do not work out. If you have a complaint or dispute, please talk to us first.
Please reach us on 1300 179 438 or alternatively, email email@example.com.
You will hear back from us no later than 2 business days from the submission of your complaint, and we’ll try to resolve it within 10 business days. We only ask that you provide as much information as possible to assist us in resolving this matter.
If the matter is more complex, it may take a longer time to resolve. We’ll aim to resolve your complaint within 30 business days at the absolute most. In such cases, we’ll ensure we keep you informed of the progress.
OUR EXTERNAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION SCHEME
If our internal dispute resolution procedure failed to resolve the matter you may be able to refer the complaint to our External Dispute Resolution Scheme, Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
SwiftCash is a member of AFCA and the processes at AFCA are impartial, independent and free for customers.

COPY OF ASSESSMENT
If you ask us for a copy of our assessment as to why we approved your loan, we must give you a copy of it. If you request it before entering into the agreement, we must provide it before the contract is entered into.
If you ask for it up to 2 years after the agreement is signed, we must give it to you within 7 business days. If you ask for it within 7 years of the agreement being signed, we must give it to you within 21 business days.
OUR RESPONSIBLE LENDING OBLIGATIONS
We are not permitted by law to enter into an agreement with you, which is unsuitable. This means that we must ensure that you can afford and meet the repayments on the loan and all fees listed on the agreement, without substantial hardship and the agreement meets your requirements and objectives.
For us to make that assessment, we are required to:
- Make reasonable enquiries about your requirements and objectives in relation to your credit contract with us;
- Take reasonable steps to verify your financial situation; and
- Make any inquiries prescribed by the NCCP Act 2009 and in accordance with ACCC, ASIC guidelines and our lending policy.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
It is important that you understand your legal obligations under the loan, and the financial consequences. Before you accept your offer, ensure you read the loan contract carefully to understand the full details of the loan. If you have any doubts, you should obtain independent legal and financial advice before you enter any loan contract.
If you have any questions on this credit guide please do not hesitate to reach out by phone or email during business hours.
